Production Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a Production Pharmacist to supervise the manufacturing of solid dosage forms such as tablets and capsules at our facility in Bady City, Cairo. The role ensures full compliance with GMP standards while meeting production targets and maintaining product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, coating and encapsulation operations.
• Ensure all activities follow approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Monitor critical process parameters (e.g., blending time, compression force, coating conditions) and maintain environmental limits.
• Perform line clearance, document production steps in batch records and logbooks, and review BMRs for completeness.
• Coordinate with QA, QC and Engineering to resolve deviations, support CAPA and participate in validation projects.
• Oversee equipment cleaning, sanitation and maintenance, and report any performance issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve yield, reduce waste and increase efficiency while adhering to production schedules.
• Train and supervise operators on SOPs, GMP and safety practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related science.
• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of solid dosage forms.
