Production Planner – Alexandria Plant

About the role

The Production Planner will ensure a continuous, waste‑free supply of bulk and raw ingredient materials for the Alexandria plant. You will create process orders, manage inventory accuracy and support new product introductions while collaborating with multiple internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute process orders for bulk and raw ingredients, maintaining floor and system inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, supply planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, business development and external suppliers to guarantee reliable material supply.
• Proactively report and resolve production, vendor, shipping or carrier issues to prevent business impact.
• Execute MRP systems, define parameters, manage material call‑offs, and set up supply chains for new products in partnership with BD.
• Build SAP planning capability for yourself and key users, and manage inventory for raw, packaging and finished‑goods according to KPI targets.
• Participate in Plant DMS, support IBP dashboard preparation, and adhere to manufacturing compliance.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) principles, lead supply‑chain loss analysis projects, and contribute to SN‑Supply Network activities.

Required profile

• Experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management, purchasing or forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
