Production Planner

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company committed to health and well-being, is looking for a skilled Production Planner in its Operations Business Division. The planner supports the execution of weekly production plans by keeping demand, production capacity and material availability aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Support production planning activities and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Conduct capacity analysis and support scenario planning to optimise production resources.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor and analyse key planning KPIs such as Plan Adherence, OTIF and Capacity Utilization.
• Work with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production execution.
• Identify planning gaps and support corrective actions to improve production efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 0-2 years of experience in production planning, production or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Approval from the Direct Manager is required for internal candidates.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong ERP knowledge; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning and material availability.
