Production Planning Specialist

About the role
Agthia Egypt is looking for a Production Planning Specialist to translate production schedules into operational excellence. The role focuses on data‑driven decision making and coordination with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and adjust detailed production plans based on demand forecasts.
- Monitor daily production execution and identify variances.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and shop‑floor teams to secure required materials and resources.
- Update and manage production data within the ERP system.
- Generate regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
