Production Section Head

About the role

Sinoma-cdi is looking for a visionary Production Section Head to lead its engineering and construction operations in Beni Suef, Egypt. This senior position will drive production excellence, optimize processes, and ensure high‑quality delivery across major projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all production activities within the assigned section, guaranteeing seamless operations and adherence to project timelines.
• Implement and refine engineering best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate product quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineering and production professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic production plans aligned with overall project goals and organizational objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as project management, procurement, and quality assurance to achieve integrated operational success.
