About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company committed to high-quality healthcare solutions worldwide, is looking for an experienced Production Section Head (Solid) to lead and manage its solid dosage production section. The role covers overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading a high-performing team to meet production targets while maintaining product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the solid dosage production section, ensuring adherence to SOPs, cGMP and safety procedures.
• Lead and mentor the production team, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence.
• Implement process improvements to optimise production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering to resolve production and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in the production area.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 7-9 years of experience in solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
