Production Section Head (Sterile)

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Production Section Head (Sterile) to lead and manage sterile manufacturing operations in its production facility. The successful candidate ensures efficient production processes, compliance with cGMP standards and the delivery of high-quality sterile pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily sterile production activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP and safety regulations.
• Manage and develop the sterile production team, including training and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, reduce downtime and improve product quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental controls and aseptic techniques in the sterile manufacturing area.
• Work with Quality Assurance, Engineering and other departments to maintain compliance and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 7-9 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production operations.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes and aseptic techniques.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
