About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Production Specialist to join its Operations Business Division. The specialist contributes to meeting the highest standards of excellence in the industry.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and manage the complete production process, including material weighing, processing, compression, filling, blistering and packaging.
Lead and coordinate production staff, ensuring adherence to GMP, GDP and safety protocols.
Prepare and clean production equipment according to established procedures before operations.
Evaluate production conditions and address operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation in line with company standards.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
0-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
