Production Supervisor – Home Textiles & Garments

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead our sewing production lines in the Home Textiles and Garments division. You will be responsible for meeting daily production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sewing production operations and manage multiple production lines.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency and daily output against targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
• Coordinate activities with Planning, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse departments.
• Track KPIs, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports.
• Maintain a safe, organized and well‑structured work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Garments or Home Textiles manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with sewing production lines.
• Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems and manufacturing KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Residency in Ismailia is preferred.
