Project Coordinator – EdTech

About the role

iSchool, an EdTech company focused on technology education, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of its educational programs and projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, on‑time completion, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
• Coordinate activities, schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Track progress, maintain project trackers, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on pending actions and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and monitor action items.
• Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges.
• Support logistics for training programs, workshops, and events.
• Produce status reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal departments and external partners.
