Project Coordinator – Industrial Services & Cybersecurity

About the role

TÜV Rheinland is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Industrial Services & Cybersecurity business unit. You will help organise resources, manage project workflows and ensure smooth information flow for clients in the fast‑growing fields of digitalisation, renewable energy and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule resources and travel arrangements for project teams, including free agents.
• Plan and monitor the workflow of larger projects, ensuring all required documents and approvals are in place.
• Maintain and update project files, coordinating on‑site requirements and supporting client communication.
• Optionally monitor certificate status, create orders, support order processing and issue invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related area.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and support cross‑functional teams.
