Project Coordinator

About the role

Shutter Studio is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to organise and drive projects across production, development, design, operations, maintenance and R&D. You will ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery while keeping teams aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and maintain schedules, task lists and execution plans.
• Follow up daily with team members to guarantee timely task completion.
• Track progress, update dashboards and organise project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between departments, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Identify risks, delays and blockers and escalate when needed.
• Support resource allocation, workload tracking and deadline monitoring.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and project summaries.
• Coordinate purchasing requests and supplier follow‑ups.
• Participate in testing, quality checks and project handovers.
• Continuously improve internal workflows and project management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Operations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, PMO or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Trello or Asana.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI).
