Project Designer

About the role

Sharm Dreams Group is looking for a Project Designer to create architectural and interior design concepts for its hospitality, real‑estate and investment projects. The role involves turning client briefs into detailed, build‑ready solutions while ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic and detailed design solutions for assigned projects.
• Prepare layout plans, space‑planning diagrams, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Produce design presentations, mood boards and material selection proposals.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and landscape engineers.
• Collaborate with project managers to align design deliverables with project schedules.
• Review and update design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve construction‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and accessibility requirements.
• Maintain organized project documentation and revision control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
