Project Finance Manager

About the role

TSO, a subsidiary of the French NGE Group, is seeking a Project Finance Manager to support the development and renovation of rail infrastructure projects across Egypt and beyond. You will work closely with senior management to analyse financial performance, manage cash‑flow and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage cash‑flow, liquidity and banking activities to meet operational needs.
• Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies and oversee internal controls.
• Coordinate financial audits and support external auditors.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in construction finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using accounting software.
