Project Management Manager

About the role

Network International is seeking a senior Delivery Manager to lead strategic client programs across multiple African markets. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end program ownership, ensuring high‑quality delivery of payment processing, issuing, acquiring and digital payment capabilities while working in a fully remote model.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end accountability for one or more strategic client programs, managing scope, milestones, dependencies and risk.
• Establish and maintain robust program governance, executive reporting and alignment with Network International’s delivery methodology.
• Act as the primary senior delivery point of contact for clients, building trusted long‑term partnerships despite geographic distance.
• Lead remote program delivery across African time zones, cultures and regulatory environments, handling expectations, escalations and change requests.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery across Technology, Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, PMO and external partners, removing blockers and ensuring seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑market programs in the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong governance, risk management and executive reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships with senior client leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead virtual, remote teams and coordinate across time zones and cultures.
