Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Officer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial kitchen equipment projects for restaurants and hotels. The role is based in El Nozha – Heliopolis and involves close coordination with engineering, installation, and client teams to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce project management policies, procedures, and operational standards across all initiatives.
• Lead project planning activities, including execution plans, schedules, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery according to approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review project documentation such as BOQs, drawings, contracts, and technical requirements to confirm readiness.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation, resolve operational issues, and verify compliance.
• Identify risks and create corrective and preventive action plans to minimize impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, installation, and site execution of commercial kitchen projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects for restaurants and hotels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
