Project Manager – Asset Integrity (NDT/Inspection)

About the role

The Project Manager will act as the focal point for the delivery of Asset Integrity projects, specifically in Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) and inspection. You will coordinate day‑to‑day operations, ensure client satisfaction, and travel across the Middle East to support project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational requirements including resource planning, mob scheduling, daily reports, certifications, quotes, queries, HSE reports, safety schemes, and training bookings.
• Develop and maintain project management plans with clients and internal teams to ensure proper scheduling and prioritisation of work.
• Coordinate delivery of project objectives, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing budgets, proposals and commercial control of contracts.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of integrity processes between Oceaneering and clients.
• Maintain complete and current project documentation, support audits, and monitor changes in standards and legislation.
• Provide regular client communications and reporting, highlighting business and HSE risk implications.
• Travel to Middle East locations for on‑site project support and visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing Asset Integrity, NDT or inspection projects.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organisational abilities with a focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Middle East.
