Project Manager – Building Automation (Egypt)

About the role

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building‑automation projects across Egypt. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Maintain trust‑based relationships with customers and ensure clear communication of key issues.
• Support contractual compliance to minimise Honeywell’s risk exposure.
• Own site schedules, monitor cost, specifications and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of engineers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Track project progress, productivity and performance, applying corrective actions proactively.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports (progress, EVM, forecasts, risks, mitigation).
• Manage variations, contractual claims and retention/defects liability punch‑lists.
• Define subcontractor and supplier requirements and support negotiations.
• Promote a safe working environment and achieve safety targets.
