Project Manager – Educational Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead educational projects for YZH in Cairo. You will act as the main liaison between school principals, our internal teams, and senior management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the School Principal and YZH management.
• Coordinate communication between the client and Marketing, Development, and Educational Support departments.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and the client to provide updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Track progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Document project details and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
