Project Manager - GSC Transformation Portfolio

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company focused on health and well-being, is looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end project management of its GSC transformation portfolio, including transformation workstreams, Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and digital/AI rollouts. The role ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget with clear governance, giving structure to the transformation agenda so that leadership can focus on strategy and escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the GSC project portfolio and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
• Monitor project progress, risks, KPIs and governance activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve dependencies
• Support continuous improvement and change management across GSC

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 5-8 years of project/program management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or supply chain transformation
• PMP certification and tech savviness strongly preferred

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or other CI methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, root-cause analysis) is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, Power Automate and Excel
• Experience with Oracle-based supply chain systems is a plus
