Project Manager – Insurance Advisory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead advisory projects for insurance companies across the region. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment through implementation, and includes restructuring, run‑off, market entry, and operational transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage advisory projects from planning to successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with client management, internal teams, regulators, consultants and external service providers.
• Review client operations, processes and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support restructuring, transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Manage insurance run‑off projects and related claims, financial and regulatory workstreams.
• Assist in establishing new insurance entities, branches or operations, including licensing and operational readiness.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, and prepare status reports and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, advisory or project management.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project planning, communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
