Project Manager – IT & Business Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and self‑service capabilities for financial institutions and retailers. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards while fostering clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate teams of developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status, milestones, and risks to senior management.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Facilitate Agile or Waterfall processes, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure proper documentation of requirements, processes, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
