Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee, organize and execute multiple business‑process projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, timelines are met and quality standards are maintained. This role provides leadership to project teams, coordinates daily operations and serves as the single point of contact for complex project matters.

Key responsibilities

• Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities and develop comprehensive project schedules.
• Determine resource requirements and coordinate allocation of personnel, tools and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, report status updates to stakeholders and track key metrics such as costs, timelines and staffing.
• Ensure all projects comply with internal and external quality standards, including ISO guidelines.
• Identify and resolve obstacles, actively manage risks and provide mitigation solutions.
• Integrate and manage vendor tasks, tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships as the main point of contact for project inquiries.
• Mentor team members, share best practices and guide workload direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, corporate performance management or operational development.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (desirable).
