Project Manager – Telecom Rollout & Site Build

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout and site‑build initiatives for our telecommunications network in Algeria. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project.
• Monitor progress, control costs and adjust schedules to keep projects on track.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and aligning expectations.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct project reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of project‑management experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale rollout, civil site‑build, network deployment and infrastructure upgrade projects.
