Project Operations Manager

About the role

GEB, a leading Egyptian provider of premium architectural surface solutions, is seeking a Project Operations Manager. The role will own the operational delivery of projects from award to hand‑over and will also launch GEB Academy, a training programme for future applicators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project execution plans, timelines and manpower requirements in collaboration with the Lead Site Coordinator.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, conduct kick‑off meetings, provide progress updates and handle variations and hand‑over.
• Support and monitor site operations, ensuring quality standards, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Design, implement and run GEB Academy – create onboarding, training materials, evaluate candidates and certify technicians.
• Continuously improve project workflows, draft SOPs and analyse completed projects for operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in project management and site operations within the construction or architectural finishes sector.
