Projects Manager

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and real‑estate construction projects. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update detailed project plans, tracking critical path activities and timelines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, managing internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, site supervisors, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project constraints.
• Communicate plan changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders while monitoring budget and schedule adherence.
• Oversee contractor hiring, health and safety compliance, and on‑site technical assistance.
• Manage change control processes for cost estimates, scope, and schedule adjustments.
• Support design, project controls, and engineering teams on technical matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, architectural engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or real‑estate project management.
• PMP certification is mandatory; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage large residential projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD (experience with Revit and/or SketchUp is a plus).
• PMP certification.
• Strong technical writing skills for project specifications and reports.
