About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a motivated Property Consultant and Car Resale Agent to join its Cairo office. The role combines residential/commercial real‑estate sales and rentals with vehicle resale, providing a unique opportunity to serve clients across two dynamic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and vehicle inspections, presenting options that match client needs.
• Prepare, update and maintain accurate listings for both real‑estate and cars.
• Negotiate offers, coordinate documentation and contracts with owners, buyers, and internal teams.
• Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and record closed deals in the company’s digital system.

Required profile

• Strong sales and client‑relationship skills, with proven negotiation and closing ability.
• Good knowledge of the local real‑estate and car resale markets.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic preferred.
• Organized, able to manage multiple listings and appointments efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Cairo.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital tools for listing management and customer communication.
