About the role
RED is seeking a full‑time Property Consultant to join its team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. You will help clients navigate the real‑estate market by offering expert advice, presenting suitable property options, and guiding them through buying, selling, or leasing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and present options tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate deals and facilitate successful transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and property valuations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in consulting and real‑estate advisory.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Sales expertise with a track record of closing transactions.
- Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Real‑estate licensure (agent or broker) is highly desirable.
