Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will work on‑site in New Cairo, guiding clients through the entire property lifecycle—from understanding their needs to closing deals. This full‑time position involves presenting suitable listings, arranging viewings, and providing market insights to help clients make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local real‑estate trends and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and deliver property presentations and handle client inquiries.
• Support negotiations and closing procedures, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Build and manage a portfolio of properties and expand the client network through prospecting and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven customer‑service focus, empathy, and responsiveness.
• Sales expertise including lead generation, negotiation and deal closing in a target‑driven environment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented with solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• CRM tools for client management and reporting.
