Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will guide clients through the entire real‑estate journey, from understanding their needs to presenting suitable residential and commercial options, and advising on market trends, pricing and investment potential. Based on‑site in Cairo, the role combines client interaction, property tours and data‑backed advice to ensure a smooth buying or selling experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present suitable listings to clients.
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals and support negotiations and closing processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and keep market and project information up to date.
• Provide data‑driven advice on market trends, pricing and investment potential.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge with the ability to give data‑backed advice.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and manage expectations.
• Proven sales ability, including lead follow‑up, negotiation and closing.
• Good understanding of the Cairo real‑estate market and key developments.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM systems.
