Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Cairo, Egypt. You will advise clients on suitable residential and commercial properties, conduct viewings and provide detailed information on locations, prices, payment plans and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable residential and commercial properties, conduct viewings and present detailed information on locations, prices, payment plans, and developers.
• Understand client needs, match them with appropriate projects, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare offers, support clients through negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth purchasing or selling process.
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and regulations to provide accurate, timely guidance.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge, including market insight and ability to analyse property options.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and manage client expectations.
• Effective sales abilities such as lead follow‑up, negotiation and closing deals.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate consulting or property sales in Egypt; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
