About the role
We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our team in New Cairo. You will help clients find suitable properties by understanding their needs and financial capacity, while promoting our portfolio of new projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client requirements and financial abilities to recommend appropriate property solutions.
- Lead negotiation processes and close sales agreements.
- Provide clients with up‑to‑date market insights and conditions.
- Conduct market research on new real‑estate projects.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to explore future business opportunities.
- Add and manage property listings and project information in the system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong command of English.
- Proficient computer literacy.
