Property Consultant – Residential Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Property Consultant to drive residential sales for our projects in 10th of Ramadan City. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospect qualification to contract signing, while delivering a professional experience to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full residential sales process: qualification, site visits, unit presentations, payment‑plan structuring, reservations and contract signatures.
• Present pricing and installment options strictly within the approved price list and obtain written approval for any deviations.
• Log every lead, interaction and follow‑up in the CRM on the same day and maintain accurate reservation and conversion forecasts.
• Collect and verify client documentation, coordinate handover to contracts, and ensure clients understand payment schedules and obligations.
• Report competitor pricing, new launches and payment terms on a monthly basis.
• Adhere to role boundaries: no cash handling, discount negotiations or delivery commitments beyond approved documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of direct real‑estate sales experience with a developer or reputable brokerage, selling villas, compounds or commercial units.
• Proven ability to sell on installment plans and explain payment structures clearly.
• Excellent Arabic communication and presentation skills; good English.
• Presentable and comfortable engaging senior and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Valid driving licence; own car preferred.
• Resident in or willing to commute daily to 10th of Ramadan/East Cairo/Sharqia.
