Property Consultant – Sales Agent

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is looking for a full‑time Property Consultant (Sales Agent) to join its on‑site team in Cairo. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, providing data‑backed advice and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients, assess their needs and budget, and present suitable property options.
• Organise site visits, negotiate offers, and prepare basic sales documentation.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus presentation skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience and ability to build trust.
• Demonstrated sales competence, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Good knowledge of the Cairo real‑estate market and major developers.
