Property Consultant – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our leading real‑estate development company’s Saudi Arabia branches. You will promote and sell premium projects across Riyadh, New Cairo, New Zayed, Heliopolis and other developments, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients while expanding the customer base.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently deliver outstanding performance.
• Record and manage all customer interactions through the CRM system.
• Conduct property presentations and provide professional investment consultations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new real‑estate developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real‑estate sales or relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong sales orientation and customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf region.
