About the role
We are seeking a motivated Property Sales Consultant to join our team at Tiffany Business Park in the New Administrative Capital. The role focuses on promoting and selling commercial, administrative and medical units, generating leads and closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell commercial, administrative and medical units.
- Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations and explain project features, payment plans and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales manager regarding customer requirements and deal progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in real‑estate sales (fresh graduates with strong sales skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of English is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems.
