Public Area Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our hotel team within the Accor network. You will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, lobby toilets, restaurants, and administrative offices.
• Vacuum, mop, shampoo carpets, and polish marble surfaces.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and arrange furniture as needed.
• Empty garbage, handle lost‑and‑found items, and report any security concerns.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, transporting supplies from storage as required.
• Participate in emergency response teams and report any breakdowns.
• Support vocational training and adhere to quality management procedures.

Required profile

• At least a primary school diploma.
• Ability to learn cleaning routines quickly and develop skills within a year.
• Basic understanding of safety and security procedures.
• Friendly, hygienic, and able to work under supervision.
