PWD Warehouse Associate – FC Associate I

About the role

This position is dedicated to persons with disabilities (PWD) who want to join a fast‑paced warehouse team. You will help prepare customer orders, keep the fulfillment center running smoothly, and stay active throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and put away incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load boxes onto trucks for outbound delivery.
• Operate safely around moving equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, mobile carts, and robots.
• Use handheld scanners to read barcodes and follow on‑screen prompts.
• Share daily safety tips with co‑workers and wear required safety gear.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and able to understand basic English.
• Egyptian national; no visa sponsorship available.
• Physically able to lift up to 22 kg, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach for long periods.
• Comfortable with using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and climbing stairs when required.
• Willing to wear a safety vest, closed‑toed shoes, and use hearing protection if needed.
• Capable of working in temperature‑controlled areas that may range from 20 °C to over 30 °C.
