About the role
GEMS International Cairo is looking for an experienced and passionate PYP 8 Homeroom Teacher (Grade 5) to join its team immediately for the 2026/2027 academic year. The workplace is on site.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Current license or certification in the home country, with at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience.
- Teaching certificate.
- PYP training and PYP experience are preferred.
- Passion for outstanding teaching and a desire to work in a world-class school with career prospects.
All appointments are conditional on acceptable police checks (or equivalent) from the country of origin and from every country where the candidate has worked, and on appropriate references from current and former employers confirmed by personal calls.
