QA Operator

About the role

The QA Operator will ensure that files and production outputs meet defined quality standards and client specifications. Working closely with production and operations teams, the role supports continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and data analysis of production processes, equipment, and generated files.
• Collaborate with production managers to optimise efficiency and resolve quality‑related issues.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, corrective actions, and calibration of audio machines.
• Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformances, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Use JIRA Work Management to coordinate testing cycles and cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Provide training and guidance on quality control processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in media, production, or digitisation environments.
• Familiarity with audiovisual or IT production workflows and relevant quality standards (e.g., IASA guidelines).

Required skills

• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Experience using JIRA Work Management and PowerBI.
