QC Associate Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced QC Associate Supervisor to lead quality and food safety initiatives across its Assiut and Tanash plants in Egypt. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the QC agenda for both plants, implementing the 3D system and maintaining B/G ratings.
• Manage product lifecycle, line performance trials, and new packaging quality standards.
• Oversee laboratory equipment, calibration routines, and ensure accurate testing of raw and packaging materials.
• Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000, AIBI, and NFSA food safety systems.
• Handle consumer complaints, corrective actions, and audit follow‑ups.
• Prepare departmental budgets, coach quality staff, and coordinate with PO1 Capability & Digitization Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of quality and food safety experience in the FMCG (preferably snacks) sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, or Pharmaceutical fields.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication abilities.
