Qualifications & Assessment Management Officer

About the role

This is a full‑time on‑site position at Qualifications Development Bank in New Cairo. The officer will run the day‑to‑day activities of the Qualifications & Assessment department, conducting research, documenting processes, auditing training delivery and reporting to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Research City & Guilds qualifications, document learning outcomes and identify suitable subject‑matter experts.
• Facilitate SME committee meetings, compile decisions and develop technical and behavioural curriculum content.
• Coordinate the creation and scheduling of theoretical and practical assessments, work with training centres, invigilators and assessors.
• Conduct audits of training sessions, update assessment versions, draft audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver assigned strategic initiatives and project requirements.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field, with 3‑5 years experience in a qualifications or vocational training environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as Ofqual or QAA and strong communication skills in English and Arabic (C1).
• Passion for learning and development, cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
