Quality Analyst (German or Spanish-speaking) – Telecom

About the role

Sutherland Cairo is hiring two Quality Analysts to support a new Telecom program. The position is open to candidates who speak German or Spanish fluently. The role is full-time and requires working onsite at the Cairo office.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all assigned transaction evaluations and attend all internal and external calibration sessions as assigned.
• Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members, understand their needs, resolve issues and meet expectations.
• Keep management informed with timely and accurate reports.
• Develop solid strategies based on accurate data reports, analysis and observations.

Required profile

• 1 year of QA experience within the telecom domain.
• German or Spanish fluency.
• Ability to work onsite at the Cairo location.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to building trust and professional rapport with colleagues, and strong teamwork.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
• Clear, constructive verbal and written communication.
