Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with safety, GMP and quality standards. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent pharmacy graduate eager to contribute to a regulated production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular investigations to verify that workers follow required safety procedures.
• Perform quality audits to confirm compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.
• Execute pre‑ and post‑production quality checks and generate related reports.
• Oversee issuance and weighing of raw materials, approve material release, and ensure storage meets regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor plant conditions such as humidity and temperature to maintain set specifications.
• Check machine conformity to standards and support periodic maintenance activities.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a grade of “Very good” or “Excellent”.
• Fresh graduate status; ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good understanding of QA processes and familiarity with Agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of quality‑assurance terminology, methods and tools.
