Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) within a leading healthcare organization that produces plasma‑derived medicines. The role ensures regulatory compliance, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Follow up on deviation investigations and CAPA activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements.
• Track quality KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Review and update quality documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology or a related health field.
• 2‑4 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands‑on experience working under GMP regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with CAPA, deviation management and SOPs.
• Understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
