Quality Control Engineer – Electrical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in electrical manufacturing to ensure that our products meet customer specifications, international standards, and internal quality requirements. The role involves performing inspections, managing non‑conformities, and driving continuous improvement across the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of electrical panels and components.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections according to approved inspection plans.
• Verify compliance with drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Identify, document, and report non‑conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and testing documentation.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer inspections.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, the company QMS, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Warehouse to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor calibration status of inspection and testing equipment and issue periodic quality reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control within electrical manufacturing or LV panel assembly.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, switchgear, and LV panels.
• Familiarity with IEC standards, ISO 9001, QMS, FAT, and inspection procedures.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient English language skills.
