Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control Engineer will support the development and maintenance of the company's quality systems, ensuring that both new and existing products meet required standards. This role involves close collaboration with testing labs, warehouse teams, and production staff to guarantee product compliance throughout the order cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality control, type test, and inspection test plans aligned with master delivery schedules.
• Update internal quality standards based on operational changes.
• Prepare and send technical documentation to testing laboratories, including drawings, datasheets, and shipment details.
• Manage non‑conformities, track corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation.
• Coordinate product allocation with the warehouse to prevent premature shipment.
• Receive, analyze, and test finished products before release to warehouse.
• Maintain 24/7 quality discipline across three shifts.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions, communicating them to direct reports.
• Monitor test results and obtain required certifications.
• Schedule jobs to maximize manpower and resource utilization.
• Provide training for quality supervisors and technicians.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for manager approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control or related engineering functions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
