About the role
We are seeking a senior Quality Head to lead quality standards and compliance for our manufacturing operations in Egypt. The role will oversee production quality, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a high‑performing QA team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain production, quality, and customer‑service standards.
- Lead audits and compliance programs, delivering actionable insights.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing QA team.
- Oversee product development to ensure strict adherence to standards.
- Drive corrective action programs to strengthen processes.
Required profile
- Graduate or master’s degree.
- 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Prior experience in top‑branded cosmetics, beauty care, or personal care product manufacturing is preferred.
