Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of quality assurance processes on our construction projects in Giza. The role will ensure that all materials, workmanship and documentation meet the highest standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Manage inspections and testing of construction materials and workmanship.
• Collaborate with project teams to verify quality against project requirements.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive document‑control system for all quality records.
• Organise and maintain quality reports, records and documentation.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the site.
• Identify non‑conformities, deficiencies and potential risks, and work with subcontractors to resolve them.
• Develop risk‑mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Align quality activities with client expectations and project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field (post‑graduate degree a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in construction quality management.
• Relevant professional certifications and affiliations.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Residency in Giza or surrounding areas for easy site access.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
