Quality Manager

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Quality Manager to deploy the subsidiary's Quality Policy across the factory, from the design phase through to the use of products and/or services. The role covers product quality, the quality system and quality control, and works in the fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverages sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product quality and ensure product standards are in place.
• Manage the quality system and quality control.
• Implement a suitable documentation system and comply with all necessary certification requirements.
• Design and roll out effective tools for controlling and improving quality in the factory.
• Define, implement and monitor quality indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science or a related food field.
• At least 6 years of practical experience as a quality manager in a food industry environment, preferably dairy products.
• Strong background in food quality certifications.
• B2 level English; French is a plus.
